Excellent customer service tonight.
The Sally’s employee gave me wrong instructions for the hair dye and pushed me to buy additional product that was not required. She told me to use 2:1 with age beautiful developer with the color, instead of 1:1 as said on the bottle. My hair is absolutely ruined and damaged. I advise everyone to do their own research and do not trust Sally’s employee. They are not hair care professionals and not trained.
Overpriced garbage products. The company treats their staff like trash. Staff are to push customers to buy 3 items or more and if they can’t consistently do that, they are written up and fired. Buyer beware, you are being heavily pressured to buy products that don’t work or that the staff know nothing about because there is no proper training. The turnover rate in that place is unbelievable. The one with the long blonde hair has the personality of a wet mop.
