Almost all of the employees I’ve encountered are rude. Unnecessary comments and bad attitudes when they don’t make more sales.
I stopped by on Tuesday evening looking for hair dye materials. As a newbie, I was grateful for the attentive and sweet salesgirl, Kyra (I believe). She suggested I video chat with their live agent to discuss which products to get. The agent had me send an inspo photo and recommended specific products, which I purchased. Kyra even helped me find some of the recommendations. Overall, it was a unique and pleasurable experience for a newbie like me. I felt very supported and welcomed.
Was there las week, needed help with my damaged hair and the sales associate by the name Elaine helped me so much , she was able to color match the mess I have. She was so understanding and helped me with all my concerns. Gave me extra advice on how to process my hair. The manager Radika also helped with suggestions for my daughters curly hair, so far the products that both ladies suggested have worked wonderfully.
