If there was a way, I can put a zero star for the associate here named Kaitlyn. I would first she informed me that they’re out of a product and they don’t carry it then I called another store and asked them and they knew exactly what I was talking about she needs to be taught some better manners her products and have better customer service extremely rude associate

Just purchased 2- 32ounce containers of eco styling gel. Sign in front of item clearly stated buy one get one half off on eco products 20 oz or larger. I have bought them before under this same promotion. I told the rep about it and she went and looked at the sign and said it does not apply for the 32 ounce container. I told her that the sign clearly supported the item that I had, but she would not honor the sale. It’s only four dollars and change, but I thought that it was bad business.
Staff was extraordinarily helpful, answer my questions and help me decide what product I needed
