The customer service is just horrible. Not only do they act as if I dont know my own hair, they feel the need to side eye each other infront of me which I find very unprofessional. And the manager has never once led me in the right direction. This is not a one time experience, I enjoy dye but this store is just out right disrespectful and I would not recommend going if you need help.

Shelby was excellent help! I had problems with the ends of my hair being damaged, she had a wide scope of knowledge for hair care and what I needed. After using the products recommended my hair had felt healthier than ever! 5/5!
The sales personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful, positive and upbeat. One of the products that was recommended for my weak fingernails was O.P.I Repair Mode. I used according to the instructions on the bottle, but it lifted 2 of my fingernail beds. It took a couple of weeks after using the product as instructed before the lifting showed up. The product certainly defeated the purpose of trying to repair my fingernails.
