Antoinette was an absolute angel! Every time I come regardless who is working is super nice but Antoinette really stuck out to me because they were full of sunshine and we had a good short talk as they were checking me out at the register. Super sweet and helpful!

SHORTER BLACK HAIR WITH SEPTUM RING AND A LITTLE “CHUBBY” DESERVES A RAISE OMGGGGG. Not a huge fan of this sally’s the employees are always rude and don’t greet or help anyone, but the girl who checked me out (description above) was the nicest most attentive person i’ve met. The line had about 6 people in it and i swear i waited like than 3 minutes to get checked out. Amazing bubbly attitude, greeted everyone, asked if we needed, made recommendations, informed me about my acc. Absolutely angel!!!

went in with my girlfriend, the lady didn’t greet anyone that walked in, she asked if they had any more hair dye that was out of stock. she look annoyed that she asked, took a slow sip of her water and just said “we’re out” didn’t even bother to check. very terrible worker behavior, i don’t see us coming back here and i don’t recommend anyone else coming either unless you want the cold shoulder. i believe the workers name is Soraya

Horrible customer service! At the end I have to bag my own product since she just left everything in the counter! She looks to be bothered when asking questions!
