Horrible customer service! At the end I have to bag my own product since she just left everything in the counter! She looks to be bothered when asking questions!
I was greeted by 2 young employees. I wanted to pay cash for my nail polish which totaled $13.00. I handed her a $50 bill and was told she couldn't give me change because she hadn't been to the bank. This happened at 3pm. Store has been open for 5 hrs and no one has been to the bank???

I had the greatest experience while shopping at Sally's, I was in Arizona for a hair convention and stopped to get some hair products. I was was amazed by the experience level the representative Sariah gave. Today I can say my experience was at the highest level of knowledge and the willingness Sariah took to assist me and other customers.
