WHY IS IT A THURSDAY AT 10am and the store isn’t opened it’s now 11am still not open ??? Does it open whenever ur employees decide to show up.

The young girl early today was very helpful guiding with my first color hair dye and all products needed. Thank you.
Very rude and unprofessional. Lady with dark reddish hair literally stood there and criticized and to argued with me in a really loud voice about the product I was going to buy. I told her I used it for years and works for me. So she backed off and in a passive aggressive way rung me out. Very frustrating and off-putting. I'll stick to the one in Chase Ave instead.
