I had a good shopping experience here, the store is very clean, wide selection of products, and the sales staff was very knowledgeable about products.

we came in with a dream and that dream was to spontaneously dye our hair and that dream was fulfilled. thank you to the wonderful blue haired employee (did not catch their name) who helped us decide on a blue that would work for all three of us. super fun impulsive decisions were made here. (gloves were recommended by the employee, we did use them but user error did come into play and i did get a little blue in the process)

I popped into the Kingsway location for a fresh kit of bleaching/whitening supplies and was greeted immediately; that is always a given, and why I continue to shop with this brand. Props to Jen who helped me; she immediately referenced me by name throughout our conversations and was entirely relatable. I usually never write reviews because i just don’t care much but i feel like i gotta say this. Eden and the other girl with her (didnt get her name but both were super pretty and had cool styles) were both so sweet and funny. Helped me with exactly what i needed. Definitely would go back since they 100% gained my trust. Love yall
