I went to get a few things today at Sally's and multiple people checked on me. The one girl even recommended some products that were amazing and she was very knowledgeable. I wish I would have gotten her name. She even went into the back to check for somthing for me with no hesitation. Great customer service!

I have shopped at this Sally location for years. It's always a good sign to see the regular staff as opposed to a revolving door of different employees. First of all Kim is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to this particular store. This woman knows this store and it's products and inventory inside out. She is very patient with new and older customers that may have trouble navigating the store when it comes to what to purchase. I’ve held my tongue for far too long, but after today’s experience, silence is no longer an option. Every visit to this location has been a disappointment, but today between 2:40 PM and 3 PM was the final straw. I chose Deptford over Audubon, thinking I’d save myself the longer drive. Big mistake. Hostile environment, and had a very rude staff. Was followed around the whole store as i was trying to find an alternative to $14.00 .30 fl oz gel polish🙄
