This shows that they close at 9. I drove there thinking they were opened, wasted gas as they were already closed and their sign shows they close at 8. Hope I save someone else from a wasted drive.
Your employees are just rude!!!
I went in with my wife to purchase some lightener and dye. The manager recommended a crème lightener. Saying that it would work for my hair. And that it was the better option than the powder. Well, the crème lightener didn’t not lighten my hair at all. Instead left my hair damaged and dry. Even with multiple conditioning. I’m scared to try and lighten my hair now.
The staff was having conversation amongst themselves and totally ignored me while I stood right in front of them at the register, then one of them asked, "are you ready?" Like I hadn't been standing there staring at them waiting. She then treated me like an inconvenience the whole time, and didn't give me my change, returning to talking to her coworker as soon as she could.
Cozy, well stocked shop. Attendant was patient, knowledgeable and quite helpful & friendly!
