I’ve been going to this Sally’s since 2020 because it’s close to home. For the most part they were usually nice but the prices are never right. The tag under the product isn’t what rings up at the register. I’ve had to point out to Jennifer several times when I’m in there and she’s not been happy with it but she’s fixed it. Today I I went in for hairspray and a thermal spray. She pointed out a Chi product that was clearly marked 12.99 and told me it was good and not expensive so I grabbed it along with hairspray. I’ve only recently started my hair dying experience, but everyone I’ve talked to here is super super nice and they’ve helped me with everything. They are very informative and know what they are doing. They help you with every step of the way and don’t push you to buy stuff you don’t need, etc. :) Will definitely be coming back
