Staff were awkward. Never shopping here again. One of them definitely said something to the others when I first walked in and after I walked out. Very unprofessional. Do better!
I love this location! Everyone that works there is so kind and patient, and they really know their products! I was having trouble finding a hair care routine that worked for my damaged hair, and Kaylee and Shy really took the time to explain things to me! My hair feels amazing now! I will keep coming back to knollwood sally’s for a long time
