I have gone to the Sally's store on Tom Hill location on several occasions and I have always had the best customer service. April, the manager, is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

If you go here for a specific item get that item do not listen to recommendation of others I went for purple shampoo per license cosmetology friend stated to purchase and yet the clerk stated no you need the bonding blue shampoo by bond bar. I asked repeatedly will it turn my hair blue she stated no it will tone down the orange tones...yeah it didn't tone it down it dyed my hair green multiple shades of green I have washed my hair several time and still green.
