Called in advance asked if they had a hair color in stock but the failed to tell me they only had 1. I drove over a half.hour to get there. Their response was call back in a day or two when we get.more inventory... what kind of customer service is that?

The big size lady with glasses was very rude, and tried to make up a story from nothing, i guess cause of how slow this place is she was too bored so decided to fight with the customers

WOW. Just WOW. I had by far the best experience at any Sally’s I’ve ever been to at this one here. Deanna And Selena Were exceptional at not just helping me but steering me away from potentially getting green hair. The absolute best CUSTOMER SERVICE support I ever received if I could rate this a 10 star I would!

Came in after two years of not colouring my hair. The lovely woman who helped me was so knowledgeable and didn’t waste time telling me what would work and what wouldn’t! I needed to be nudged and she was encouraging and sweet, even helped me map out where to paint the dye on my hair. She did upsell me on a pre and post colour treatment but she helped me between other customers and KEPT COMING BACK—this was so thoughtful and nice to not leave me to my own devices, especially since my neediness could have just annoyed her and ... read more
