Sally’s needs to work on there communication skill and welcoming skills cause who ever was working 9/5/26 yall really suck with making people feel welcome and instead make them feel stupid/dumb for being new into the environment of their store.

I wish an employee would offer to help me locate my products when they have rearranged the store and see me wandering around. The customer service is consistently lacking at this location.

I experienced a severe lack of professionalism and customer engagement at this location. An associate conducting an aisle reset while seated in a rolling office chair completely obstructed the hair dye aisle with a cart, forcing customers to squeeze past the barrier. Meanwhile, a younger associate was mopping nearby but failed to acknowledge or greet anyone.
