I'm usually a really big fan of Sally Beauty, they always have what I need and more. This isn't my normal store, rather happened to be in the area and decided to pick up the hair dye I've been delaying on grabbing and knew exactly what I wanted. I had a very uncomfortable experience at the Sally Beauty store in Woodfield Mall due entirely to the staff’s attitude and behavior. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unfriendly, judgmental looks that made me feel unwelcome. Their facial expressions and body language came across as dismissive and rude, as if customers were being silently judged rather than welcomed. Customer service at this store is awful. The staff is so unwelcoming. Don’t shop here.
