I visited Sally looking for a solution to change the global color of my hair. I was assisted by Andrea who was great in explaining the color theory, differences between different brands and recommending a great set of color along with additional required products to make my hair look light brown from blond. I love all her recommendations as my color looks amazing exactly how she had explained to me. I definitely recommend taking Andrea's advise for any of your hair needs :)
Been here multiple times since beginning to bleach and color my hair because it’s closest to me but I’m over it. TL;DR: don’t come here. It’s not only a sour experience, but you also might put your hair at risk bc most of the time, the staff doesn’t know the products well. Staff is often rude with a bad attitude.
