i came into this Sally Beauty a few weeks ago looking for advice on hair dye. The employee who first helped me was so sweet, patient, and really took her time trying to figure out what would work best for me. She wasn’t 100% sure about one of the products, so she did exactly what she was supposed to do and grabbed the manager for a second opinion. Chelsea is an absolute doll! She saved the day when I needed to exchange hair dye. This is my favorite location, the staff is helpful every visit.

Customer service is ok but the store seems to intentionally recommend people of color to go to the “Fry” store because they don’t carry hair products or even hair wraps for people of color
PEAK costumer service! The workers were sweet and helpful :D I have been to this store a bunch, they have a great selection.
