I went in today to get something to correct my red color and try to lighten. Kimmy was there with a couple of customers and she still managed to check on me and asked if I needed help. I definitely did and she was able to get me the proper things to go on my hair. I’ve always liked this location. Great and knowledgeable people who care about the customers. She will be the reason I come back! Thank you:)

I came in, I was not greeted, there were 3 workers, 2 we're talking amongst themselves, 1 just stood in the isle doing nothing, I noticed my daughter had left my side, clearly having an I need help look on my face, still wasn't spoken to or even looked at, I passed by all workers a couple of times, nothing... I found my daughter and a gel that she liked, but I told her that clearly they don't need the business and that I'd buy her gel at Walmart or dollar general.
