I came into Sally’s for a shampoo while in the store I was being treated like a thief while other shoppers got to shop freely without supervision. Don’t buy with any company that treat buying customers like thieves.

Bought some clippers for my son he told me it wasn't the ones he wanted with 30 mins I took them back an the girl Elizabeth was not nice at all they said there policy is not returns on clippers but there receipt has something else on it it shows anyone can return clippers with 60 day if the box was not open yet still she said they can't accept return called cooperate an she said then can't accept it took it to the store on Radford less then 5 minutes I got my money back don't support this ghetto store go to Radford rd an mis... read more
