Julian is my favorite person ever! He has been helping me care for my blonde hair and helping me manage expectations on toning and root touch ups. Do whatever needs to be done to keep/promote him!
Idk I normally shop here when I'm in the mall and usually the workers are nice and helpful but the lady with long black hair was off putting and made me not want to buy anything. It's 2026. You do not need to follow people to the far back corner of your store and then only say hello because you got caught peeking around the corner like a weirdo. Went this morning with my mom, and the sales clerk was extremely helpful and so friendly! I did get his name, but unfortunately I can’t remember. Thanks for helping us out! I’ll be returning to this location in the future.
Jess the manager was super sweet and helpful! my bopis order was unfortunately not in stock but she called the nearest store for me and they had it ! I was able to get my products quickly and easily thanks to her !
