I had a very disappointing experience at the Sally Beauty location on 120th. I purchased two hair toners. One worked well, so I kept it. The other did not work for my hair. Before returning it, I called Sally Beauty’s head office and was told that I could return the product for a refund, even if it had been used. I had a great experience thanks to Prab, the store manager. I was feeling stuck with my old blonde toner and wasn't sure what to try next. Prab noticed I was struggling and stepped in to help right away. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes, she helped me choose a new toner and I was confidently on my way. Excellent customer service.

Great experience today. The sales associate that helped me was so knowledgeable, gave me such precise instructions on how to use the products and which product would best for my hair texture. I was completely blown away. Will definitely be back again

girl working today had no idea what she was doing. refused a return on nail trimmer, saying that they are clippers. LMAO idt she knows what clippers are. i went to a diff sally beauty and they did the return w no questions at all. useless staff
