Yesterday evening, I visited the location by W.S. Young in Killeen, TX not realizing the store closed at 7 pm. The store representative stated 2 minutes until closing and they could only take a card payment. I grabbed 2 items. I asked the representative ringing me up was it company policy at the end of the day to request card payment only. She replied, "yes". Not a lot of options but conveniently placed and the employees were very friendly and helpful
Ms. Abi was a life saver! She was the absolute sweetest and most professional person I’ve had an encounter with here at Sally’s in Killeen, tx. Not only did she help me find what I needed, she explained step by step on how to use the products and helped me feel more at ease about doing my project on my own hair! Great job and I hope to see you excelling in future endeavors!
