Women of color here. Went in the other day looking for serum and felt like I was being watched the whole time. Asked for some assistance and after I was showed where the products were, BOTH OF the associates just stood in my face as if I were about to pocket the merchandise. Definitely won’t be back.
I just want to say, Chelsea definitely goes above and beyond for her customers!!! 😇 I didn't think this type of customer service existed anymore! Very pleased
