Customer service here is horrible. The store manager is nasty. Horrible manors over the phone and in the store. Specifically the manager. I recommend you guys go to another supply store, never met more a more rude person in my life.

I don’t normally write reviews unless I have had a negative experience. I bought the wrong hair color on my lunch break, I was in a hurry. I came back to do an even exchange, and the manger guy said I owed more money. It was the same product, just a different color! I used a coupon with my first purchase, and he wouldn’t override the price. I know he probably could, I worked in retail for many years at several well known stores, they were always willing to price override with even exchanges.

Poor customer service very rude staff was told I can’t make a return on clippers when their customer service said that I could the customer service agent was very rude and the manager left before I could get back to the store to take care of my situation. I am a professional and I’m being dealt with horribly at this location beware do not shop here.

The new girl there is bringing the store down. I hate giving bad reviews, but I also hate not getting constructive feedback. I am so used to getting products quickly from super knowable staff. I don’t want to explain the horrific service and experience I had with this recent new hire. All I have to say is “why?!!!”
