Walk in the store immediately an old lady follows me and asks can I help you. I tell her no. She asks again I say no. Same old lady excuses herself to the bathroom so she can watch me shop catch the old lady employee specifically peeping around the corner to see what I’m doing. I did not buy anything from the store because of the old lady’s attitude toward a paying customer. The young woman that was working was very polite and respectful. Easy enough to take my business elsewhere so I did.

Well had the most exciting experience months ago. I took my daughter in to get blue(not dark blue, just blue) hair with a little black undertone/underneath. What a mess. They got to product all over my daughters face, neck, arms, ears, everything. They never once tried to remove the product from those parts. Then the color was absolutely incorrect. It came out black and if you looked real good in the sun..aww then you seen the blue. I tipped cause I girl did have a lot of hair to work with. But would not return or recommend

On 4/13/25, the cashier at the Sally Beauty at 2733 N Power Rd #104, Mesa, AZ 85215 placed a credit card into my wife’s name without her permission. My wife wanted a member’s card and the young lady pulled her credit. As we are in the middle of a house purchase this came as a BIG concern as no credit pulls should be done. When I reached out to the District Manager, Debi Menez, she was unhelpful and would not validate the concern. She blamed my wife and said she couldn't be of any other help and blocked us.
