In contrast to some reviews, the service I got tonight was lovely. The lady working at 7:40ish pm with blonde hair and tats was super sweet (and patient, even when my phone tap didnt work 10x over and my partner had to use his card lol).
Had a really nice experience today. I went in just before 12. They had great sales and the sales associate was very friendly helped me find more of the shampoo and conditioner I wanted since I like to stock up and they had a bundle deal. She also made a point to compliment my demon slayer keychain which made me happy and we spoke a bit about the show as she cashed me out. :)
The last 3 times I went, (within 2 months), they didn't have any bags of files. You would think management would order extra stock. I usually buy 2 bags. Lady told me order comes Tuesday but didn't know if they were in the order. I returned Thursday and no files. I drove to St Thomas Location. The lady's are always very welcoming.
horrible service. not a hello. but got a goodbye after feeling so unwelcome and not helped at all. wont be coming back here . friday october 25th @ 5:19pm. whoever was working was not nice at ALL -UPDATE. the employee has written down my personal phone number and is spam harass calling me over and over again after she finished work at 9:40pm oct 25th.
