Tons of hair and nail products, good quality and decent prices
Recently visited this location on Saturday, October 25th, to get a 10-volume developer to bond my permanent chocolate brown hair dye. I am beyond pleased with the results I now have. My hair looks healthy, shiny, and the colour is more radiant than I could have expected. I will definitely be coming back. I appreciate how inviting and knowledgeable the staff was during my visit. I wish there was a sally beauty in south London.
My complaint is not with the customer service. The lady working was very nice and friendly. My complaint is with the stock of the products at this location. The shelves were empty. The usual colour I buy was not available, and the other one I usually use only had one box left. I need two, as my hair is long and thick. I had to go with a completely different brand and tried to find the closest color to my usual one.
