The staff are very attentive and genuinely want to help when asked. They have checked in on me while I was browsing and reading the labels on products and they have asked me to let them know if I needed their help with anything. That's very good customer service. I came here to get hair dye and started walking around the store to find it. I got it and then I noticed the manager behind me. I thought it was a coincidence but made one lap and realized she was following me. Screams weird and racist cuz I saw two white girl stealing very obviously and she didn't go follow them. As a black woman who was simply trying to get one product from this very basic store, never coming here again.
I drove 20 minutes to purchase shampoo that I found on their website on sale. At the counter the price came full price so I asked they match their online price. Girl asked her manager and her manager suggested I purchase online and pick up in store. She opted to tell me I have to wait 20min - 4 hours until it shows on their system. I waited -walked around and noticed a discount tag on the product I asked for.
