Very bad customer service. I went there yesterday afternoon. The salesperson saw me coming. No hello, no can I help you with anything. As if I didn’t exist. I called the salesperson and ask what the promo posted on the shelf was, because I am not a hairdresser. I just went to pick up something that I needed. I was really nervous when I first walked in because it will be my first time getting a hair colour, but the two ladies there was so nice. They helped me so well. Explain and even wrote it for me. I am so so happy with them. In J we trust 👏. My friend and I came in to solve a hair dye colour issue. They helped us figure out what to get and gave us perfect instructions. Even said to call for more instruction if it goes south. The result was perfect and I’m very happy :). Would shop here again.
