Not great customer service..
This was my first time going to Sally's and was greeted by staff when entering. I needed a Particular item and the stuff was quite knowledgeable on what they sold in the store. Thank you sally's for the help.
I was in on Friday looking for a particular shade of green hair dye and the wonderful lady (I think the manager?) who helped me really went out of her way to find the color I wanted and she was very kind and helpful. I will be back!
Wow.. what disrespect I had comming there as a technician. Had the most anxiety when a woman who is employed here went and said something to the cashier and said yep that's her and walked away. Never have I ever been so insulted. Wow if this is how there staff is there. I will never go back there ever again. I was fine and went and did my shopping and went to the counter and this black haired woman made me feel like I was a scumbag. I would not recommend coming into this facility to anyone.
