The staff here are so sweet!!! They’re super helpful and knowledgeable in what products are best based on hair type. Will definitely be coming back!
As a hairstylist, I stopped in looking for an apron to wear over my clothes. I asked if I could quickly try it on to make sure the fit was right since sizing can vary, and I was told no. I completely understand store policies, but the interaction felt dismissive and came across a bit rude. What confused me is that this was an apron worn over clothing, not a personal item, and there were already opened aprons and capes on display.
