I received the best customer service I have ever received today at Sally’s. Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name, but she has red hair and a great personality. She was able to help me find toner developer right away, all I had to do was mention the brand. I didn’t know how much to buy and she recommended buying the smaller bottle so I didn’t overspend. This review is really for the person that made my experience at Sally's so awesome - Sandy! First of all, I think I got one step in the store and was greeted right away even though someone was at the register. But it wasn't a fake greeting...it was totally genuine.
