I received the best customer service I have ever received today at Sally’s. Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name, but she has red hair and a great personality. She was able to help me find toner developer right away, all I had to do was mention the brand. I didn’t know how much to buy and she recommended buying the smaller bottle so I didn’t overspend. This review is really for the person that made my experience at Sally's so awesome - Sandy! First of all, I think I got one step in the store and was greeted right away even though someone was at the register. But it wasn't a fake greeting...it was totally genuine. After she was done, she came right up to me and asked if I had been there before. The whole interaction was super friendly and helpful. You can tell she knows her stuff. I just had the best experience at Sally’s in La Verne! Sandy was amazing! So helpful and truly cared about every detail. I will definitely be coming back to Sally’s, especially this location. Management did something right

I was in need of some hair extensions. I had checked other stores. I was calling around with no luck. I finally called the LaVerne location. And thank God I did. Stacy. Answered the phone and my prayers. She was so sweet and kind. She asked what I was looking for and she immediately went to look for it. She told me to come in as she found the hair and she would hold it. She’s an She is an amazing person and very nice and professional. I really love her energy.
