I am soooo disappointed in what this store has become! 1st and foremost i went there on friday! asking a couple of questions to who i think is the manager, omg this lady doesn’t have any idea in what she is talking about when it comes to hair products! no one has time to play the guessing games with there hair! SALLYS DO BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO MANAGEMENT DON’T HIRE A NINCOMPOOP.

A BLACK male employee followed me and my Mother around the store the whole time even when we got to the cashier he stood there and watched us….How could we steal when we didn’t even have any bags or anything..
