Second time I have been to the location and it is closed during working hours! First time they were closed early and today it’s 12:30 in the afternoon. Poor management!
Went to this Lutz location about 1030 am today. Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately. We had an issue with what we bought last night in the Trinity location. We were guided into getting a product that didn’t do anything at all. My daughter was devastated!!! I believe today the attendant’s name was Martha (she had pinkish hair, very sweet and very helpful). She allowed us to return the used and unused items that were purchased at another location last night without a hassle. She was extremely thorough explaining exact... read more

Lindsey made my family day. Even though she was super busy she greeted my family when we walked in. This was very important to us after experiencing a horrible racism event recently at another establishment. She helped me pick a few items and answered all 100 of my questions. Helped my wife pick a hair color and gently upsold her favorite items.
