The lady that was there was so helpful in explaining exactly what I needed. I had just come from a different beauty store and found out I was missing things I needed, but they were so busy and the person helping was young and not very knowledgeable. My wife came in to get stuff for doing silver hair, and the lady at the till told her to get this grey coverage stuff that is ONLY TO BE USED WITH BROWN OF BLACK HAIR AND NOT BLONDE.. SO WE HAD TO TOSS A GOOD AMOUNT OF BLEACH, AND ALMOST RUINED A CLIENTS HAIR THANKS TO HER Advice.. not very happy
