Went to this Sally’s earlier today and had the weirdest interaction ever. The worker that rung us up was weirdly awkward and kept staring at me and my sisters for a very long time without saying anything. Was a super uncomfortable experience and I doubt I’ll ever come back to this location again

Visit Date: Tuesday, June 2nd, around 5:30 PM This was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My visit to the Tamarack location of Sally Beauty was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff member (a woman working at the time) was behaving oddly. She kept staring at us in a strange way, which made us feel very unwelcome. When we went to check out, she only asked for a phone number and then suddenly went completely silent. Been coming here a couple of years and tend to get better results than the salon. Janelle really knows her stuff! I have done a lot to my hair and she has had to figure out some complex problems 🤣 so thankful for her help! In fact, all the girls are super great here!

On Saturday March 22 around noon I had an amazing experience at the shop! The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days. Highly recommend!
