Zoe was very nice, friendly, and helpful. When I came in last week, she helped me picked out a hair dye, toner, and items to do my nails. Also, she even gave me great tips and tricks. Probably the best experience I’ve had there so far.
Zoe was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable! She recommended the right products and I’m so happy with the results! I’ll definitely be back for all my beauty needs
The most unpleasant sales workers I have had the misfortune of meeting. It is very obviously a clique-y kinda workplace and they have this terrible negative energy that extends to the customers as well. My mom came here trying to ask questions about hair dye and they were responding to her in such an aggressive manner. The second she was about to leave they made fun of her accent and all the workers there laughed about it. Terrible service, products aren’t worth the interaction with sales staff
