I arrived last week, And was greeted by a young beautiful lady named Kyna, I was delighted to have her help me with the selection of a color dye and toner and she clearly explained and provided the best advice for my hair type. She will be the only reason I return to this fine establishment because of workers like her. She deserves a raise for how well she does her work. Kyna is by far the best worker there. Hope to see Kyna again!!

Went to the Barrhaven Sally Beauty and the service was deplorable...the three staff members spent the whole time talking to each other and ran my purchases thru while still chatting amongst themselves. I will not return to this store.

All staff is AMAZING!! And Manager is super nice and knowledgeable. It's one of my Fav's Sally's in town!!

i went in a little bit ago just to grab some dye to touch up my roots. i knew exactly what i wanted and the exact colour i got before. when i entered the store i wasnt even allowed to look at items myself cause they thought i was stealing. they did not outright say that to me but i overheard one of the coworkers say to the other not to let me touch anything.
