Lexie helped me out today and she was the cutest - even though I had a lot of questions she wasn’t bothered one bit by it and she kept repeating everything until she made sure I understood ! Give her a raise!
Lexie was amazing! I went in there to get hair dye and she wrote everything down for me and took time to explain everything. She was very helpful, informative and friendly! Will definitely be back.
I love going here for all my hair stuff and now nails as well all of the girls that I’ve interacted with were super nice and super helpful
Had a horrible experience due the employee “Tamara”, as stated on her name tag. She was extremely rude, followed us around there store and spoke to us very aggressively, when asked to speak to a manager she told us she is the manager and there’s no one else able to deal with the situation, the conversation ended with her inviting us to return to the store once her shift had finished…I ended up leaving early without buying anything because I felt scared and very intimidated.
