Absolutely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The two staff members kept looking at each other, rolling their eyes, and giving us looks while we were simply trying to find something and asking for help. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly, the way we were treated felt racist and discriminatory. I'm Not one to leave reviews - but Kelly was so educated, professional and friendly, that I wanted to let everyone know. I am a complete beginner nail artist. When arriving, I was worried I might not find the support I needed to get started, or understand for myself what all my options were. Kelly explained everything to me, and helped create a clear pathway for me to achieve the nail art I was hoping for with the correct products. I’m not sure why I have to provide so much detail about why I am returning a product, but the interrogation that ended with an insult to my colour surely was not necessary. The store is well-stocked, but the “talented colourists” working the till could use some service training.
Lexie helped me out today and she was the cutest - even though I had a lot of questions she wasn’t bothered one bit by it and she kept repeating everything until she made sure I understood ! Give her a raise!
