The worst possible costumer service ever. I placed an online order, and a went into the store at the two hour mark which is promised online. You place an order and it’s ready in 2 hours. The youngish employee there didn’t care, told me that I would have to come back in another two hours and then I get an email saying my order was canceled?!! This location is constantly out of stock of items but showcases them available online.

Bit weird, they left the store to run to the bank for “an hour” yet had listed no time stamps. I have time, so I waited for about 45 minutes and came back, but still no one. Confused on if they just didn’t want to work, but there are multiple banks within about a five minute radius of here depending on which bank this location uses. I recommend more than one staff member on a sift.

Arrived at this location with my Wife on September 6th at 5:15pm and there's a bloody sign saying out to lunch and the place is closed. It's 5pm LUNCH? REALLY? I have never worked at a Sally's but I have worked retail and this is a huge no no! The employees here have zero accountability or care. You can see all the one star reviews for this location and it really speaks volumes about the employees and whoever is hiring these careless people.
