Never been too big a fan of Sally’s, and their online customer support is terrible, but the ladies who work at this store are amazing! Brianna is incredibly knowledgeable and I learned a lot overhearing her speak with other customers while my return was being processed. Others would have given up on finding a way to get my online return refunded to my original card with all the issues we encountered with that, but these ladies stuck it out with me and ensured I received my full refund.
