Clean, well organized stock and a knowledgeable staff that is always ready to help. One of the best locations I’ve ever been to.

I came to Cell’s beauty supply in Paradise Valley on 44th St. and cactus to find that they’re closed for 30 minutes for a lunch break is what the science says in the window and it’s 3:00 PM. That makes no sense. I didn’t realize that Sally’s beauty supply stores closed for a lunch break disappointed
the bad reviews about how you are treated by staff are true. they are missing the point on the labor shortage by 1 personal "cell phone IN USE". cashier.
