Went to store on Feb 16 transaction ID 79251. Horrible customer service by agent name Navdeep who mention her manager is Harjot. Was there to do exchange which was purchased on Jan 19/ 2026. This girl made it look like she was doing a great favour on me. Her attitude was for sure not fit for customer service. When asked for her name she was making excuses and finally shared when asked her to write on my purchase receipt she refused to put that. Had the best experience at this Sally beauty! The worker, Nav, was super informative when I asked about the hair masks and explained how some would wash the colour out faster out of my hair, she was so sweet and so kind! I really appreciated her care and knowledge on the products. The staff in general was super welcoming and kind, super eager to help!

Came into today needing to tone my yellow hair to match my ashy extensions. Navinder (Nav) was so patient answering all my questions, did not upsell any unnecessary products, did not judge my lack of knowledge, and was incredibly nice and was extremely educated in blonde/ bleached hair. She is an angel. I love this location!
Best Sally’s in delta/surrey. I choose this location over strawberry hill!
