I generally love going here, but I have been having bad luck ☹️ I purchased 'Permanent Bright creme hair color' trying it 3 separate time with the purple. I had zero luck of Any color. Mind you this is the first time it has happened, but it was disappointing. This last visit, after getting home and going to use my products, I noticed my 'After-color sealer' has been previously used.
