They don’t know their colors. Was looking for blue based purple tones they kept directing me to red based purple tones and even argued with me about it. Then said they didn’t have something in stock. Was nice enough to check the back. I started to look and found it myself. On the shelf. Where it should be. How are you working at a store like this? How are you “helping” people pick hair dyes and what not when you don’t know basic colors?

I've been to this location a few times. The manager was very helpful in writing down step by step how to streak my hair. I was impressed. That was a couple years ago. Been there since and I find the customer service needs work. I was there today only the manager and one salesperson there: no one in the store but me. I had questions about what to do next with my over processed hair.The sales person suggested something, told me to find what color I liked and that was that; she walked away.
