Theres an older woman who works evenings and anytime I go in with my kid she asks us “What are yall doing?” Instead of “How can I help yall?” And it makes me feel uncomfortable and if shes insinuating we are stealing or thiefs. Its micro aggressive and as a Brown person….it makes me feel very weird. Might start going elsewhere.
Went in with my best friend and the WHOLE time we were in there we were being followed by the staff. I’m not kidding you, one on each side of the aisle. Said staff were butting into the conversation my friend and I were having. We gave them all of our stuff and walked out, taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you want to feel like a criminal going into a business, shop here.

Id like to to say thank you to Taylor she was able to help me pick out a new hair dye color and product that was best suited for what I was trying to do. She was super nice and patient and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. Thanks again Taylor for all of your help and detailed instructions.
