Walked in today to grab some nail polish not only was I rudely interrupted while being on the phone once but twice if I need help, I will ask for it. I usually know what I need. People should have the common knowledge to not interrupt others while on the phone it’s very rude .

Hello I was sitting minding my biz not bugging anyone but I guess this lady or ladies called security at this 1 store in Reno saying I was panhandle . Sad how ppl treat u when we're in Walmart target and so many other places we're not accused of panhandling It's not like we do anyways.. PEOPLE SHOULDN'T ASSUME ANYTHING UNLESS THEY ASK. SALLY'S SHOULDN'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

After having bad customer service with the Virginia St location, I was greeted here at this location by not 1, but 2 amazing ladies. I forgot to ask their names, but they were very nice and helpful with my questions and even took the time to describe how to use the product I was purchasing. This location will be my NOW go to store for future purchases. Thank you.

This is the first and last time I've ordered or will order from this store. Sent my fiance in to pick it up. It clearly says on the receipt and online order that it is IBD UV/LED hardgel and they sent him home with some sort of ASP Nail Builder polish. Insanely upset because I live 30min outside of town and I needed this tonight. Thankfully I might have enough time to go to the Sparks store and correct this tomorrow. Already called them and made them aware of the situation at both stores. Just so upset.
