I’ve lived around here for a very long time and I’ve been around since the time this location was even open. Aside from this, I’ve watched many different staff members come and go from this particular location. Today I visited the Emsley Store Location, needed Assistance, Store Manager Lara was very Helpful, Polite with her Costumer Service. Thank You. My 2nd visit, 4/26/2025. CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONE.

I'm going into this store and try to get refund ion dryer this time...catching attitude about returning electronics is stupid. I welcome the racism and judgement That why democracy is leaving this country bc of ignorance that exists in ppl.i hope see the same person again I think she maybe manager.that right a manager. I'll find out today

I messed up my hair. It was a weird orange color from a bad batch of Overtone and the purple shampoo wasn't fixing it, so I was in here first thing Monday morning. I hate I can't remember her name, but the employee was super sweet and gave me the products I needed to correct my hair disaster. She was right, so I came to work this morning without having to wear a hat haha. I'm very happy with her recommendation and the results.
