I was in desperate need of help from a botched job I made. I wanted highlights and my hair turned out orange. I wanted to tone it down a bit and perhaps try a light brown color. The girl that helped me was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I needed. My hair turned out beautiful and exactly the color I wanted! I didn't get her name but she has long red hair. Thank you so much!

Was really upset that the Hispanic assistant could not understand me speaking English... I found her rude and wanting to talk to the customers that were Spanish rather than me... Then she spoke to the other assistant in Spanish I could understand just enough to know she was talking about me! This was the store on Golden road road Orlando...
