I am a frequent flyer at Sally’s, but this past experience was awful. Raquel was so incredibly rude to me. I have never experienced customer service as bad as I have at this location. If you are needing help, GO TO A DIFFERENT SALLYS! Idk what the issue was, or why she felt the need to have an attitude with me when I was the one buying products, but it caused her to lose a customer and a sale.

My mom goes here often and loves it! Raquel was especially amazing and provided me with the right products for my curly hair.

I don’t usually leave reviews and I didn’t catch the employee’s name unfortunately but whoever was working today around 10am was awesome and so sweet! I’ve had experiences at this location where it was unwelcoming and strange but this woman was so nice! She even talked to my little baby lol makes me feel better about going here in the future.

I went to Sally’s today, and was totally amazed at how beautiful the store was the selections, and the displays were very nicely and intriguingly placed not only was the store in immaculate condition, the manager miss Tamara was extremely helpful and got me in and out and suggested things for me and and had great knowledge on her products and Customer service. It was awesome. Thank you Sally’s.
