I visited Sally's in need of advice with product selection for my dry hair emergency, the sales clerk McKenzie was a breath of fresh air. Cheerful in welcoming me, and more importantly eager to help. She recommended products she had used personally and/or confident about from customer feedback which I find very refreshing due to the more common sales approach of pushing pricier alternatives. I went to Sally’s after work on Thursday, May 9, 2024 . All I can say is great things about this store. The ladies working there were very helpful and sweet.i live in Mississippi and enjoy this store way more. Keep up the good work Sally’s in Cordova. I will be back!!!!
No pude avanzar más de 10 metros dentro de la tienda, ya que las muchachas de la caja inmediatamente me dijeron que no estaba el producto que yo buscaba. Me derivaron a ulta beauty pero nisiquiera me ofrecieron alguna opción parecida de un shampoo sin sal que estaba buscando. No recomiendo este lugar.
I went to this location because it was recommended to me by a co worker that said she had recieved great customer service here because the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I am so glad I took her recommendation on this location because great customer service was an understatement, it was the best experience I've had at a sallys in years. Laura was absolutely amazing! Helped me find all the things I needed to help maintain my sons curly hair. As a single father with the complete opposite hair of my son, she was able to teach me a lot. Thank you Laura !
