I bought a box of permanent color that was supposed to be grey. The picture on the box showed it being very grey with a tint of blue. I was told that this one would work for what I was trying to achieve. After I colored it my hair was straight blue, not a hint of grey at all. Just sold blue. Not only is my hair ruined now, they won’t return the item for me so I can apply it towards something to fix my hair! Don’t trust this location
I visited today to find an all natural alternative to hair color because I have an inherited gray streak from my maternal grandmother that was gorgeous on her BUT I still feel a bit too youthful to embrace. Also, I don’t want to put anything too harsh on my hair. They had an all natural bundle that was less than $17 that included the color, developer, bowl, 🥣, brush and pick. I was so excited! Today November 9 , 2024 I went to return one hair color cream that they said had oxidized and they not accept return! That hair color cream smelled like mold ! And the two shop women assistants inside are so unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, terrible, don't go to this store ! Terrible customer service…
