I visited today to find an all natural alternative to hair color because I have an inherited gray streak from my maternal grandmother that was gorgeous on her BUT I still feel a bit too youthful to embrace. Today November 9 , 2024 I went to return one hair color cream that they said had oxidized and they not accept return! That hair color cream smelled like mold ! And the two shop women assistants inside are so unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, terrible, don't go to this store ! Terrible customer service…

I went to go to Sally Beauty originally just for the Btz heat hair spray for my mom but I was so glad to buy the Mielle hair treatment kit as well. Both smell amazing! Such a cute little store, easy to drive to. Definitely will go back again. Thank you!

im sorry but every time i ask for a bleach recommendation, it always goes wrong. The first brand i was suggested barely lifted my natural color and then now this different brand completely made me lose some hair. im sure it probably works on others hair but mine whatever they recommend just hates my hair. my go to brand is i think called blueshark, its not the best but its what has always worked for me, never failed me like the other brands.
