A bit late to posting since I delayed doing my hair for so long- I visited this location during my Spring Break this year, and let me tell you... I don't normally write bad reviews however on Sunday July 6th I called at 5:35 to see if the store was open till 6:00. I had to listen to several prompts and the phone rang at least 30 times and 4 seperate calls. Finally someone, I believe in a Mickey or Nikki answered and pretended she could not hear me and hung up. I'm sure she heard me ask if the store was going to be open until 6:00.I knew that she was there so I kept driving to the store it was 5:47 when I arrived. Stopped in here around 2pm today about a mannequin and some clippers. Nikki and Lexi provided with me so much knowledge that I felt like I was being schooled. Customer service was definitely top notch, if I need anything I’ll definitely be shopping at this location.
