I had a very disappointing experience at this Sally Beauty location. Every time I come in to shop for nail products, I get the impression that the staff are annoyed that I’m there. Instead of feeling welcomed as a paying customer, I feel judged. During my most recent visit, an employee asked why I was shopping at Sally Beauty instead of Cosmoprof. Finally! After a month I decided to stop in and purchase some things and see my favorite helper Lexi!!! To my surprise I was told shes had been let go. Bad move. She's was always suck a knowledgeable, helpful, bubbly personality, Everybody knew Lexi and honestly I feel like she got most of the business at the store due to her huge personality and her Rock star knowledge and helpfulness. I will not be returning to this location

A bit late to posting since I delayed doing my hair for so long- I visited this location during my Spring Break this year, and let me tell you... I met two of the most amazing human beings to ever exist. Em and Naz, you two were absolute angels! When I say these two took me through step by step and made sure I got everything I needed, were encouraging, funny, so down to Earth, so kind, I truly mean it!
