Finally! After a month I decided to stop in and purchase some things and see my favorite helper Lexi!!! To my surprise I was told shes had been let go. Bad move. She's was always suck a knowledgeable, helpful, bubbly personality, Everybody knew Lexi and honestly I feel like she got most of the business at the store due to her huge personality and her Rock star knowledge and helpfulness. I will not be returning to this location
Outstanding customer service! Paige went above and beyond to help with my shopping experience. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. Highly recommend!

A bit late to posting since I delayed doing my hair for so long- I visited this location during my Spring Break this year, and let me tell you... I met two of the most amazing human beings to ever exist. Em and Naz, you two were absolute angels! I don't normally write bad reviews however on Sunday July 6th I called at 5:35 to see if the store was open till 6:00. I had to listen to several prompts and the phone rang at least 30 times and 4 seperate calls. Finally someone, I believe in a Mickey or Nikki answered and pretended she could not hear me and hung up. I'm sure she heard me ask if the store was going to be open until 6:00.I knew that she was there so I kept driving to the store it was 5:47 when I arrived.
