One lady wouldn't shut the hell up while there was a line of costumer's in a line waiting to be checked out and took her forever to get the customers out because she was talking to much
The manager at this location is condescending and disrespectful to customers. Touching hair, lecturing, and insulting is not good customer service practices, even more sad to see it from the obvious position in charger. I hope this manager is not training the other employees on customer service because this location will close down shortly. Would recommend hiring a different manager.
My wife and I shop at this store often and they are always so incredibly helpful and friendly. The assortment of stock is always impressive and the store is very clean. On our last visit, Gillian J. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves a big bonus! We really learned a lot from her during this visit.
Took my wife, and she got what she needed and then some. The young lady who rang us out was super nice and professional.
