Store was clean. Nobody greeted at the door but they greeted the ppl who came in after me. The lady finished with her customer and then decided to go and converse with her coworker. No one bothered to help or see if I needed assistance. Will not return. I don’t like stores that lack customer service.
Love Sally’s Easton. Everyone from the manager to the store associates made me feel so welcome and knew exactly what I needed and helped me find it. Like, it was a complicated return y’all. It’s a love, hate cycle with my credit card. Love going to stores and people greet you and help you out. Hope everyone gets a raise y’all doing good things. 5/5 or 10/5.
