Bought some hair dye, only to find out that when I got home that half of it was the wrong kind. (I bought Ion permanent brights but one of them was the non permanent and thus I couldn’t use it with the others) I went back in the store to try and return it and they said I couldn’t. Arctic fox hair dye is $12.99 on Amazon and everywhere else! They charge $18.99 at this Sally’s! Ridiculous!
