Bought some hair dye, only to find out that when I got home that half of it was the wrong kind. (I bought Ion permanent brights but one of them was the non permanent and thus I couldn’t use it with the others) I went back in the store to try and return it and they said I couldn’t. After disappointedly buying MORE hair dye, I got home to find that this one was completely sliced open (something I’d missed when buying in a frenzied rush) I decided to go to another store to exchange it for another one, and that store was also ab... read more
Arctic fox hair dye is $12.99 on Amazon and everywhere else! They charge $18.99 at this Sally’s! Ridiculous!
