I came into Sally yesterday out of frustration with just never getting my hair right. I asked the worker for help (sorry I never got their name, but they had short dark hair), and they immediately picked up on my vibe and what I needed. They were so kind and helpful, and now I’m equipped with the right products and tips. I really appreciated their willingness to help.

I’ve been coming to this store for a long time, and from here on out I’ll be going somewhere else. Over the last few visits, it has felt like the employees aren’t interested in preforming their job as if they only want to collect a paycheck & leave. It feels like there’s been weird tension in the store recently, leading to a uncomfortable shopping environment I use to love buying hair dye here, but I can’t have the negative energy of the store in my life

My BOPIS order was wrong…again. Been coming to this location for 4 years. Never a mistake. But this year, I’ve had about 4-5 orders that were either the wrong product(s), missing item(s), or both. I’ll have to check before I leave. Shouldn’t have to,tho. Might skip this location.
