I wish I had asked for a name, but the employee with very short dark hair was fantastic! They helped my daughter and I pick out the best products available for the vision she had. Based on a picture, our input and feedback…we left with everything we needed. It made my daughter’s day…thank you for the care, kindness, and expertise!!! Amazing experience!!!

I visited today looking for hair accessories. The staff that was working greeted me promptly and offered assistance. Even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they offered help and showed me what they had. Great store. I will come back for other needs.

I had a rude experience with a young woman who was stocking the shelves. Upon reading other reviews, it seems we might all be having a problem with the same lady!! I think this should be addressed if all of us are having bad interactions with this woman.

I came into Sally yesterday out of frustration with just never getting my hair right. I asked the worker for help (sorry I never got their name, but they had short dark hair), and they immediately picked up on my vibe and what I needed. They were so kind and helpful, and now I’m equipped with the right products and tips. I really appreciated their willingness to help.
