I have been in a grand total of twice. The staff were kind and knowledgable. Today (9/14/24) I went in needing guidance to go about toning my hair. I have been growing out over processed bleached blonde that I had been box dying auburn a year ago, and have since been gradually trying to tone back to an ashy blonde. No small feat. The manager who helped me was thorough and patient. All the girls here and so nice and helpful!
Hours say 10-7, however, showed up at 1:30 and doors were locked and lights were off. No sign on the door to say if they were closed, or off for lunch. I get needing a lunch break but if that is the case maybe a sign on the door stating what time they will return could be of help.
I am not sure where the fault lies, be it the in store staff or online staff, however on the website when you choose this location, nearly all items show as in stock but upon arriving to the store you'll find out that's untrue. To say this is frustrating is an understatement. The last time I made an online order to be picked up I was told all items were in stock at the time of purchase. When I arrived the store employees told my my toner wasn't in stock and she suggested what I was told was another toner of a similar shade. ... read more
